All orders will receive email updates in all stages of the order process we have a four-stage process as listed below:
1. Pending Payment - Your order has been successful and is now awaiting to be processed.
2. Payment Received- Your funds have now been received.
3. Awaiting Shipment - Your order has now been prepared and is waiting to be dispatched.
4. Complete/Shipped - Your order has now been shipped.
If your payment/order was not successful you will get a failed/cancelled status.
If you have not yet received any emails then please check your junk mailbox as some emails are directed there.

We currently accept Bank Transfers, Credit Card via Bitcoin , Western Union, Money Gram, Worldremit Transfer and process orders up to a value of $100,000 any orders over this amount please contact us for Bank Transfer  as your payment method or Bitcoin.

Order average shipping time is 3 -to- 7 business days in Europe and the rest of the world 7- to-12 business days.

No, we do not supply free samples, there is sample amounts for sale on the website and very reasonably priced.  

No sorry, due to the nature of the business all sales are final, you have from the time of purchase to the time of dispatch to cancel or amend your order. no exceptions

The answer is yes we are 100% legitimate, You can search online for online reviews and rating left by past customers, they are easy enough to come by.

No, you will not get a choice of a refund, we are kind enough to offer 1 free reship which is more than some vendors offer - a refund is out of the question.

No, we do not offer any guaranteed shipping dates, all estimated shipping dates and times are that of other carriers. If you have any complaints regards shipping times please take that up with the shipping/postal company.

For all standard orders, we use Correos and for wholesale order's we may also use EMS and PW-Forwarder, USPS , TNT if it's coming direct from our manufacturing Laboratory in the EU, USA or Asia.

No, we will decide when we offer discounts and normally you will be notified by email.

Please be sure to add the correct shipping/billing address that your card is registered to or your payment will automatically be declined by our payment processor, If your purchase is international then please note that some credit & debit cards are set up for domestic use only and will not allow international transactions, however in most cases you can call your card issuer and authorize the payment. Another reason for why your payment could failed/ cancelled is because some products on site are not meet to be purchased with credit card please if you are facing this dificulties kindly contact us.
